Spices are not all the same and the quality can make a difference in the creation of Rubs, a mix of spices used specifically for flavoring meat and fish. With the aim of enhancing flavour, I decided to make my own recipes and have them produced by a company which is a leader in the spice industry.
The best American pitmasters never divulge their spice recipes, handing them down from father to son. No one ever reveals their secret. In my case, I can confirm that it took months of experimentation and continuous testing to achieve these six recipes. Their unique taste gives food a special character.
The main innovation concerns the flavored marinade creams, made with a base of vegetable fat, gluten-free and without the use of chemical ingredients. This product will help in adding flavor and tenderness to your meals.

CREAMS MARINATING FLAVOURED
A new formula that is absolutely original. It was specially designed to soften the fibers of both meat and fish. Composed of natural products and vegetable fats, it is applied by massaging the meat or fish to create, during baking, a protective film that has the task to soften and lubricate the fibers of the meat or fish. Resulting in incredible tenderness and unexpected succulence. Ideal for any kind of cooking: BBQ, grilled, fried and / or baked. To obtain a more penetrating effect it is recommended to apply the cream to the meat or fish and marinate for about 4 hours in a refrigerator resulting in greater tenderness. The cream can also be used just before cooking.
BBQ CREAM SAUCE
RUB, as the word suggests, means rubbing the spices on the meat or fish, is the secret to truly unforgettable grilled meat. A Rub is a blend of spices that when applied to food, enhancs the flavor. A mixture of perfumes and flavors that all chefs know and barbecue lovers can’t ignore.
Rub not only serves to flavor meats that are cooked but it plays another important and useful function: it creates a protective armour (bark) so that the meat remains firm and compact, even with the high temperature of the grill.
Rubbing it on the raw meat before cooking, creates a coating so that the liquids do not escape due to the heat of the grill.
